Great-circle distance and time-to-scene computed per aircraft from its live position, so dispatchers rank by true responsiveness.
Smart aircraft ranking
Aircraft are ordered available-first, then by charge feasibility, then ETA. NO-GO aircraft are never recommended.

Field-triage acuity scoring
Vitals, mechanism, and clinical flags are scored against the CDC/ACS National Field Triage decision framework into a clear acuity tier, with every contributing finding shown — no black box.

Each assessment recommends transport modality, crew level, and the capabilities and equipment the mission needs, including stroke, STEMI, trauma, burn, pediatric, and OB overlays.
Capability-matched destinations

Launch Authorization

One go / no-go decision that fuses every pre-flight clearance, so a mission only launches when clinical need, operational risk, crew legality, and payload integrity all clear.

Unified go / no-go gate
Clinical triage, FRAT operational risk, crew flight-time / duty legality, and cold-chain custody are aggregated into a single launch decision. A missing clearance reads as NO-GO, never a silent pass.
Explainable, per-clearance status
Every clearance shows its own GO / CAUTION / NO-GO with the reasons behind it, so dispatchers and medical control see exactly what is blocking a launch.
Authorized override with audit
A dispatcher or admin can override a block only with a recorded reason, written to the immutable custody ledger alongside the exact clearances it bypassed.

RPA & Autonomy

Emergency Data Integrations

A pluggable inbound pipeline built to accept real emergency data as the AAM industry is certified for medevac — integration-ready today, live the moment an agency connects a source.

Integration-ready, activates when connected
Adapters for 911 / CAD and emergency-data providers such as RapidSOS are built and standing by. Each source stays inactive until an agency supplies credentials and switches it on — no source runs, and nothing is fabricated, before it is connected.
Incident-to-mission with pre-seeded triage
When a source is live, inbound incidents create a mission and pre-seed a pending triage for a clinician to assess. Assessments are never auto-confirmed — a person always owns the clinical decision.
Deduplicated & fully auditable
Re-delivered incidents update in place instead of duplicating, and every payload is stored with its source for complete provenance. Extensible to Resgrid, NEMSIS ePCR, and more as they become available.

Rescue Beacon & Casualty Location

Turn a distress-beacon position into a geolocated medevac mission — including the case where the person who would normally call for help, such as an injured or incapacitated medic, cannot.

406 MHz distress beacons
Accepts a Cospas-Sarsat 406 MHz beacon location — Personal Locator Beacon (PLB), aircraft ELT, or maritime EPIRB — with its encoded hex identity and GNSS fix, and plots it straight onto the dispatch map.
Phone SOS & Advanced Mobile Location
Ingests a smartphone Emergency-SOS-via-satellite or Advanced Mobile Location (AML) position and a tactical ATAK Cursor-on-Target position, so a device can be the beacon when no radio is at hand.
Beacon-initiated when the medic is down
Because the tasking is driven by the beacon position, a mission can be raised even if the casualty or medic cannot act — the coordinates create a geolocated, pending-triage mission for a dispatcher to authorize.

Manual beacon intake is live for dispatchers today. Automatic feeds from beacon networks — Cospas-Sarsat, carrier E911/AML, and military Blue Force / ATAK — require formal authorization and certified integration, and stay inactive until an authorized agency connects them.
