Platform in active development

Development Updates

An honest build log for AAMELF. We're developing the platform ahead of AAM medevac certification — every update below reflects real capabilities we've built, with verifiable data and integrations added in time as they become available.

Latest Milestones

Development UpdateJuly 2026
Unified Launch Authorization gate goes live in the platform
A single go/no-go decision now fuses clinical triage, FRAT operational risk, crew flight-time/duty legality, and cold-chain custody. A missing clearance reads as NO-GO — never a silent pass — and any override is recorded to an immutable audit ledger.
Development UpdateJuly 2026
Pre-flight clinical triage and acuity engine added
Scene information is scored into a transparent, auditable acuity picture using the CDC/ACS national field-triage framework, with capability-matched destination ranking. Every contributing finding is shown — no black box.

More Updates

Development UpdateJuly 2026
Integration-ready inbound data pipeline built (activates when connected)
A pluggable pipeline with a RapidSOS / 911-CAD adapter is standing by to turn emergency data into missions with a pre-seeded triage. Each source stays inactive until an agency supplies credentials and switches it on — nothing runs, and no data is fabricated, before it is connected.
Development UpdateJuly 2026
Cold-chain custody tracking for medical cargo
Temperature-sensitive payloads and organ transport carry a chain-of-custody record that feeds directly into the launch-authorization decision, so payload integrity is verified before a mission can launch.
Program StatusJuly 2026
Where AAMELF is today: building ahead of AAM medevac certification
AAM aircraft are not yet certified for medevac deployment. AAMELF is being built now so the operating platform is ready the moment the industry is — with honest, verifiable data and real integrations added in time as they become available, never simulated.
